A great workshop combining many years of theoretical and practical experience that Veronika has in this area. I really like that we first went over the theory using videos, where Veronika showed us and explained a visualization of everything and then we went to exercise the individual positions where the pelvic floor is activated the best. At the end we combined all positions into a short sequence. We also learned breath activation and gentle techniques, which you can practice anywhere – without anyone noticing it 🙂. A great workshop, I highly recommend to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of the pelvic floor and learn exercises which strengthen the booty and during which you engage the pelvic floor.
