  • Pelvic floor as part of the deep core muscle system
  • Connection between pelvic floor, butt, abdominal and back muscles 
  • Healthy breathing technique and its importance for a healthy pelvic floor
  • Power activation of the pelvic floor in lying position
  • V360® workout Butt and pelvic floor 1 step by step 
  • Adjustment of the workout to the individual needs of each participant 
  • Breathing activation of the pelvic floor in lying position
    • Upon completion of Meeting 2, the first 3 videos will be made available to you in the Client Zone of the website (Workout 1, Breathing activation 1, Power activation)
  • Repetition of the knowledge from the first 2 meetings

A great workshop combining many years of theoretical and practical experience that Veronika has in this area. I really like that we first went over the theory using videos, where Veronika showed us and explained a visualization of everything and then we went to exercise the individual positions where the pelvic floor is activated the best. At the end we combined all positions into a short sequence. We also learned breath activation and gentle techniques, which you can practice anywhere – without anyone noticing it 🙂.
