A great benefit is the showing of correct body posture from multiple points of view. Exercises are easy, you don’t need any special places to do them, and they take up a minimal amount of time, but with great results. Great exercises for all age categories, on top of that from a doctor with knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I like that it points out possible mistakes during exercise. Detailed instructions help me exercise in the correct position and keep the correct posture, I am finally fee from back and head pain.

Great. Effective exercise in the sitting position, focused on the correct posture of the back. Easy in the sense that, it’s not any acrobatics, but it’s important to pay attention to the details. Very precisely and visually explained positions and exercises (with warnings for possible mistakes) illustrated with videos, photos, and diagrams. I watched the lessons on my phone. First, I watched the whole lesson, to understand all the terms and then I replayed it and exercised using the instructions. Otherwise, it could happen that while watching I would have been looking at the display and wouldn’t have had my neck in the correct position. Regarding equipment, you only need a chair (without wheels).
