Easy in the sense that, it’s not any acrobatics, but it’s important to pay attention to the details. Very precisely and visually explained positions and exercises (with warnings for possible mistakes) illustrated with videos, photos, and diagrams. I watched the lessons on my phone. First, I watched the whole lesson, to understand all the terms and then I replayed it and exercised using the instructions. Otherwise, it could happen that while watching I would have been looking at the display and wouldn’t have had my neck in the correct position. Regarding equipment, you only need a chair (without wheels). Pavol
