Slow deep breathing helps us activate the parasympathetic nervous system, relax our mind, lower blood pressure and slow down the heart rate
We will relax our neck muscles, strengthen interscapular and deep back muscles, stretch shortened intercostal muscles
Lessons are well-suited for both sportsmen and non-sports people
The focus on the neutral position of the pelvis, spine, shoulder blades and shoulders in the rhythm of the breath makes even easy postures surprisingly difficult

Maybe it doesn’t seem like that on the video, but if your muscles are really shortened, some of the exercises will be quite hard and you will need a shower after 🙂 Pavol
